Challenge
The original Inne website faced several design and usability challenges that limited its effectiveness. The interface felt outdated and did not fully capture the brand’s innovative and empowering identity, making it harder to engage users. Navigation was not intuitive, especially when exploring products and subscriptions, which caused confusion and drop-offs. The mobile experience was under-optimized, leading to higher bounce rates on smaller devices. Additionally, the website struggled to clearly communicate Inne’s core message of women’s wellness and natural hormone tracking, missing opportunities for storytelling and deeper emotional connection. Product and subscription pages also lacked persuasive content, clear CTAs, and trust-building elements—ultimately impacting conversions.
